Co-founder of Microsoft and one of the leader players in artificial-intelligence future Bill Gates in an interview with  Kevin Delaney(Quartz editor) explains his thoughts why robots that take jobs away from people shouldn’t get a free pass when it comes to income tax.

He thinks that governments must oversee such programs rather than relying on businesses, in order to redirect the jobs to help people with lower incomes.

That’s because the technology and business cases for replacing humans in a wide range of jobs are arriving simultaneously, and it’s important to be able to manage that .

On Delaney question what Gates think is there a possibility for this to happen Gates answered:

“Understanding and empathy for this are still very unique but its important for people to start talking about that its good for all of us ”
